My First Attempt
It all began with an empty garage and a trip to Home Depot. My new friend Nick Spruck helped me figure out how to make my empty garage my photo studio, so we got to work. A few hours and 3 trips to the store later, we were able to set up my 2 backdrops. Only problem was, I still did not have my studio lighting, but they were on the way. A few days later I open my door and I got my very first studio light - a Paul C Buff Alienbee B800. I didn’t know much about light modifiers and really didn’t know anything about studio lighting at all but I was set on practicing until I learned. So… I call my friend James Gonzales, and we started trying different photos. Here is what we did on that very first day of my studio photo journey. Hope you like it.
